An entire state's population just has its data stolen by a ransomware group
Hackers stole the personal identifying information of Maine's 1.3 million people. The identity theft is reported to have included their driver's license numbers, Social Security numbers, and other personally identifiable information. Maine is a member of ERIC, the Electronic Registration Information Center, and Michigan is also a member of ERIC. How can we be sure that data from the SOS to third parties such as ERIC and the leftist CEIR (Center for Election Innovation and Research) won't also be breached?
