U.S. Supreme Court Lets Modified SAVE Citizenship Checks Resume: What It Means for Michigan
The United States Supreme Court has voted to put on hold a lower court's ban on states using the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements program. The SCOTUS ruling doesn't put an end to the matter, but for now, states are free to use the system to verify registered voter citizenship.
