Voter held captive on Michigan's voter rolls
A voter notified her township clerk she had moved out of state and wished to be removed from the Michigan voter rolls. The clerk canceled the voter's registration. Volunteers monitoring the voter rolls discovered the Bureau of Elections had put the voter back on the rolls as "challenged" not "canceled."
