On Wednesday, October 8, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) heard oral arguments in Bost et al v. Illinois State Board of Elections et al, a case with the potential to increase judges’ willingness to hear the kind of election integrity-related complaints that often have been dismissed for lack of “standing.”
