As we enter the run up to the 2024 election, Michigan is trying to cope with the largest inversion of its election laws in more than two decades. Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is rewriting the election manual, and the Democrat-led legislature enabled her to make rule changes without hearings, legislative approval, or even notifying the public.

Currently, we have filed two cases to protect elections in Michigan and Pennsylvania. More are in the works.
