PIME HAVA Complaint Against SOS Benson for Joining MI in third-party ERIC

An court hearing is scheduled for Dec. 13, 2022, with the Bureau of Elections. Pure Integrity Michigan Elections and Patrice Johnson are suing Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and claiming she is in violation of federal law for joining Michigan in the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) and sharing the state's voter rolls with the opaque, third-party, leftist, 3-employee nonprofit organization. Erick Kaardal, special counsel to the Thomas More Society, wrote and filed the complaint on Sept. 21, 2022.
