Jury finds Lindell defamed former Dominion CEO

A Colorado jury has found My Pillow owner Mike Lindell defamed Eric Coomer, former Director of Product Strategy and Security for Dominion Voting Systems. After more than three years of litigation, the jury reached a decision on June 16.

The lawsuit claimed Lindell promoted a story from podcaster Joseph Oltmann who said he overheard an Antifa conference call in which a person identified as “Eric, the Dominion guy” said he had rigged the 2020 election against President Trump. Building on that story, Lindell publicly called Coomer a traitor to the United States and wrote posts to that effect on FrankSpeech.

Lindell was ordered to pay Coomer $2.3 million in damages, significantly less than the $67.2 million he originally had sought. Lindell also was successful in having his company My Pillow removed as a defendant in the case.

Mike Lindell will be a featured guest on MFEI’s special July 3, News@Noon.

Former Trump Lawyer Disbarred in California

Noted legal scholar and former Trump attorney John Eastman lost his appeal to keep his license to practice law in the state of California. On June 13, State Bar Court’s Review Department upheld an earlier disbarment recommendation.

Eastman represented President Trump in late 2020 and early 2021, helping him investigate claims of widespread election fraud and formulating a unique and bold legal theory about the role of the Vice President in the counting of electoral votes.

The State Bar of California found Eastman culpable on charges of promoting false election fraud claims and an unethical legal theory that incited the January 6, 2021 Capitol protest.

Over the last five years, Eastman has been left in legal limbo as he’s battled multiple legal challenges in connection with his defense of President Trump.

Former law clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas, John Eastman will be a featured guest on MFEI’s special July 3 News@Noon.

Rosie O’Donnell 2024 Election Denier

According to Breitbart, Rosie O’Donnell, who has exiled herself to live in Ireland, is sharing an Instagram post from Joe Braxton that calls for a recount of the 2024 election.

People are wondering, why is it okay for some people to question election results but not others? Stay tuned for an upcoming article about how three different AI platforms responded to a prompt asking about election deniers! I’ve got the screen shots!

Rosie O’Donnell will NOT be a featured speaker on News@Noon.
