Exposed: Fed collusion network to censor Americans and manipulate elections.

Updated: Mar 7, 2023

Friend,

If you watch only one video this year, this riveting four-minute clip is the one for you. Here, as Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R: Florida) questions former Twitter executives during a Feb. 8 U.S. House hearing, she exposes a federal collusion network to manipulate election results. Luna reveals a coordinated, secret web of federal agencies—all colluding to suppress the First Amendment and subvert Americans’ right to free speech for political gain.

FEBRUARY 8, 2023 | TWITTER'S RESPONSE TO HUNTER BIDEN LAPTOP STORY. User Clip: Rep. Anna Paulina Luna

James Comer (R) from Kentucky, chair of the U.S. House Oversight Committee, conducted the hearing as part of the committee’s investigation into Twitter’s suppression of a New York Post investigation into Hunter Biden’s laptop. Chairman Comer subpoenaed former Twitter employees in order to compel their testimony, and their words proved nearly as damning as their body language. The transcript below speaks for itself:

00.00 Chairman, James Comer, a Republican from Kentucky and the new chairman of the House Oversight Committee: “The chair recognizes Ms. Luna for five minutes.”

Luna: “Mr. Roth, Mr. Roth, have you communicated with government officials ever on a platform called Jira?”

Yoel Roth, Twitter’s former Head of Trust and Safety: Pause

Luna: “Yes or no?”

Roth: Pause

Luna: “Real quick answer, we're on the clock.”

Roth: "Not to the best of my recollection."

Luna: “If you did in the event communicate who would have had access to this platform?”

Roth: “That's the nature of my confusion.”

Luna: “Okay. Did you ever speak to government officials on Jira regarding taking down social media posts?”

Roth: “Not to the best of my recollection”

Luna: “Can you explain to me why the government would ever have interest in communicating through Jira, mind you, a private cloud server with social media companies without oversight to censor American voices? I want to let you know this is a violation of the First Amendment and the federal government is colluding with social media companies to censor Americans. Mr. Chairman, I ask for unanimous consent to submit these graphics into record, and Mr. Roth I'm going to refresh your memory for you.”

Chair Comer: “Without objection so ordered.”

Luna: “Thank you, Chair. This flowchart shows the following federal agencies, social media companies, Twitter, leftist nonprofits, and organizations communicating regarding their version of misinformation using Jira, a private cloud server.

"On this chart, I want to annotate that the Department of Homeland Security, which has the following branches: Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency, also known as CISA, Countering Foreign Intelligence task force now known as the Misinformation, Disinformation, and Mal-information (MDM). This was again used against the American people . The Election Integrity Partnership, EIP, which includes the following: Stanford Internet Observatory, University of Washington Center for Informed Public, Graphika, and Atlantic Councils, Digital Forensic Lab and potentially according to what we found on the final report by EIP, the DNC [Democrat National Committee]. The Center for Internet Security (CIS), a nonprofit funded by DHS, the National Association of Secretaries of State, also known as NASS, and the National Association on State Election Directors, NASED, and in this case because there are other social media companies involved, Twitter.

"What do all of these groups have in common? And I’m going to again refresh your memory. They were all communicating on a private cloud server known as Jira.

"Now this screenshot behind me, which is an example of one of thousands, shows on Nov. 3, 2020, that you Mr. Roth, a Twitter employee, were exchanging communications on Jira, a private cloud server with CISA, NASS, NASED and Alex Domis who now works at Stanford and is a former security officer at Facebook to remove a posting. Do you now remember communicating on a private cloud server to remove a posting?”

Roth: Pause

Luna: “Yes or no?”

Roth: “I wouldn’t agree with the characterization.”

Luna: “I don't care if you agree. This is your stuff. Yes or no: Did you communicate with a private entity, the government agency on a private cloud server? Yes or No?”

Roth: “The question was…”

Luna: “Yes or No?”

Roth: ”Ma’am I don’t believe I can give you an answer.”

Luna: “Well I’m going to tell you right now that you did, and we have proof of it.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is joint action between the federal government and a private company to censor and violate the First Amendment. This is also known, and I’m so glad that there are so many attorneys on this panel, as joint state actors.

It’s highly illegal.

You're all engaged in this action, and I want you to know that you will all be held accountable.

Miss Gadde, are you still on the Cybersecurity Advisory Council? Yes or no?”

Vijaya Gadde, Twitter’s former Chief Legal Officer: “Yes, I am.“

Luna: “Okay. For those who said that this was a pointless hearing, and I want to let you know we found Twitter was indeed communicating with the federal government to censor Americans."

Luna: "I'd like to remind you that this was all in place before January 6, so to say these mechanisms weren’t in place and to make it about January 6, I want to let you know that you guys were actually in control of all the content, and clearly, we have proof of that.

Now, if you don't think that this is important to your constituents and the American people, I suggest you find other jobs.

The hearing comes after Twitter’s CEO, Elon Musk, released tranches of internal communications called the “Twitter Files,” from Twitter staff about the decision to censor the New York Post story in the closing weeks of the 2020 presidential election campaign season.

According to February 6 story on CNN, Comer, who met privately with Musk last month when the billionaire visited the Capitol, told CNN last week that the hearing may “incorporate some private conversations with some high-level people at Twitter” who support the belief that the US government may have played a role in the suppression of the New York Post story.

When asked specifically if Musk has conveyed this sentiment to him, the Kentucky Republican replied, “I cannot answer that but that may come out in the hearing.”

“Americans deserve answers about this attack on the First Amendment and why Big Tech and the Swamp colluded to censor this information about the Biden family selling access for profit. Accountability is coming,” Comer said in a statement regarding the hearing.

CNN has previously reported that allegations the FBI told Twitter to suppress the story are unsupported, and a half a dozen tech executives and senior staff, along with multiple federal officials familiar with the matter, all denied any such directive was given in interviews with CNN.
