SCOTUS Decides to Hear Election Case--Thanks to Amicus Briefs from MFEI and Others
In a significant victory for election integrity advocates, the U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to review a lower court’s decision on federal candidate standing and the counting of mail-in ballots after Election Day.
